What is delivered

A paid plan is access to the service at that plan's level for the period you paid for (one month or one year): the daily research and drafting allowance, document downloads as PDF and Word, and the number of devices the plan includes, as listed on the Plans page.

How and when it is delivered

• Paid online through RapidGateway: the plan is activated on your account automatically, within seconds of RapidGateway confirming the payment. A confirmation page shows the plan, the amount and the date it is active until.
• Arranged with us directly: the plan is activated after we confirm your payment, normally the same day and never later than 96 hours.
• Delivery is to the account registered with your email address. You use the service in any web browser at failegal.site/app.

Delivery charges and area

There are no shipping or delivery charges; the price on the Plans page is the full price, in Pakistani Rupees. The service is available online anywhere in Pakistan and wherever you have an internet connection.

If your plan was not activated

If you paid and your plan is not active, write to support@failegal.site or WhatsApp +92 301 5368421 with the email on your account and the order number. If a plan is not activated within 96 hours of your payment, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
