In Claude: three clicks
- In FAI, open Settings, choose Plugin and press Create my link.
- Press Add to Claude. Claude opens with your link filled in: press Continue, then Add, leaving sign-in on "No sign-in".
- Press Connect, start a new chat and ask a question about Pakistani law.
The first time Claude uses FAI it asks your permission. Choose "Always allow" to skip that question next time. This works on Claude's free plan.
If Claude does not open the form for you, add it by hand: in Claude open Customize, then Connectors, press +, choose Add custom connector, name it FAI Legal Research and paste your personal link. Claude's free plan allows one custom connector, so remove an old one first if the option is greyed out.
In ChatGPT
- ChatGPT accepts your own links on its Plus plan or higher, on chatgpt.com.
- Open Settings, then Apps, then Advanced settings, and turn on Developer mode.
- Create a new app named FAI Legal Research, paste your personal link as the server URL and choose No authentication.

Reported decisions of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, the Lahore, Sindh, Peshawar, Balochistan and Islamabad High Courts, the Federal Shariat Court and other Pakistani courts. Each result carries its citation, court, parties, judges and headnote. You can ask for one court or a range of years.
Statutes
The sections of Pakistani laws that answer a question, from the Pakistan Penal Code, CrPC, CPC and the Constitution to tax, family, labour and provincial laws. Everyday words work: "murder" finds qatl-i-amd.
Drafting templates

Other AI apps
Any app that supports remote MCP connectors (Claude Desktop, VS Code, Cursor and others) can
use FAI the same way: add a connector with your personal link from Settings, Plugin. FAI is

Privacy
Your AI chat sends FAI only the search it wants to run, such as the legal topic, court or section, through your link. FAI counts your answers for your plan; it does not receive your conversation. Keep your link private, and make a new one in Settings if it is ever shared. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Sources, not advice
FAI returns sources from its own index and your AI chat writes the answer around them. Check every citation against the official report before you rely on it, and take advice from a licensed advocate on your own facts.
